We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Clever Poppy ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items, but accidents happen. Please email us a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.
